Every piece offered by SIA NOIR has been thoughtfully selected from trusted design partners. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on each brand's production and shipping schedule.

Orders are processed once payment has been received. Please allow up to 3 business days for payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once confirmed, your order is forwarded directly to the supplier for prompt processing and shipment.

Some items are handcrafted or produced especially for you after your order has been placed. When applicable, this will always be clearly indicated on the product page. Production times for these items may occasionally extend to 1–2 months.

We value quality over speed and appreciate your patience while your order is carefully prepared.

Made-to-Order Items

Some pieces in our collection are carefully crafted especially for you after your order has been placed. Because these items are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun, unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.

Whenever an item is made to order, this information will always be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Custom-made or personalised products are exempt from our standard cancellation and return policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
